Returns

If you want to return an item purchased at volandathebrand.com you have 14 days from the day of receipt of your order to do it.

Send us an email to hello@volanda.com with the purchase number and the reason for the return. All products must be in perfect condition. 

RETURNS IN SPAIN

If you are in Spain returns have a cost of 7€. Once you send us an email we will contact you to arrange the date and time for the package to be picked up.

Once the return is approved you will receive an email informing you of the refund made on the credit or debit card with which you made your purchase, within a maximum period of 15 working days.

RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE OF SPAIN

If you purchased an item from another country, after sending us an email you should contact an authorized courier and send the parcel to the following address:

The return amount corresponds to the purchase you made, not including shipping costs. All import taxes and duties will also be deducted from the refund amount.
