You may return your order within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date you receive it.
To make a return, please follow these instructions:

Send an email to hello@volanda.com with your order number and a time slot when we can arrange the collection of your package.

We will send you a return label, which you will need to print and attach to the outside of the box.

We will collect the package from the original shipping address at the requested time.
All items included in the return must be in perfect condition. Garments must be returned new, unworn and with all original packaging components, including the gift box and original tags attached to the garment, exactly as they were when sent.
RETURN COSTS
Returns for orders placed within Spain (mainland) have a €7 return fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been approved, you will receive an email confirming that your refund has been processed. The refund will be made to the credit or debit card used for the original purchase within a maximum of 15 business days.
EXCHANGES
We offer one free size exchange per order.
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, please email us at hello@volanda.com with your order number and the new size you require.
To be eligible for a size exchange, the garment must be in perfect condition, with all original tags and packaging, and must not have been worn. Please pack the garment securely in its original box for collection by the courier.
RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE SPAIN
If you have purchased an item from another country or from outside mainland Spain, after contacting us at hello@volanda.com, you will need to arrange a shipment with an authorised courier and send the package to the address we will provide.
Once your return has been approved, you will receive an email confirming that your refund has been processed to the credit or debit card used for the original purchase within a maximum of 15 business days.
The refund amount corresponds to the value of the purchased item(s), excluding shipping costs. Any import taxes and customs duties will also be deducted from the refund amount.
